Early Head Start Teacher Opening

EHS Teacher

The Children’s Learning Center is looking for a dynamic, energetic, patient, fun and organized individual to work with children in our Early Head Start program, which serves ages 6 weeks thru 3 years.

The position is a teacher who is responsible for lesson plans, observations, setting individual goals for students, and working with other team members to provide a safe, educational, and fun learning environment.

 The position is full-time at 40 hours a week position running approximately 50 weeks a year.  The position offers benefits that include health insurance for individual, vacation and sick leave, and retirement benefits after successful completion of probationary period. 

 Educational requirements a minimum of a CDA in Infant/Toddler or Associate in Early Childhood (preferred). Enrollment in Central Background Registry required prior to employment.  First Aid, CPR, and Food Handlers must be obtained within 90 days of employment.  Pay range $17 - $24/hr.
